We are seeking someone to help update client management software, complete client paperwork processes, maintain professional communication with clients, and provide support to advisors.
Here's what we're looking for:

• Answering Phones
• Office Organization
• Coordinating staff meetings/events
• Sending Client Reports
• Spreadsheet Maintenance
• Client Onboarding & Paperwork
• Money Movement
• Client and Business Communication and Troubleshooting
Qualifications
• Previous Administrative Experience, Banking/Financial Industry Preferred
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
• Strong Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, and Email Skills
• Capable of Managing Confidential Information
• Ability to Work Independently with Initiative and Collaboratively with a Team
• Highly Organized
• Great Attention to Detail
