Talent Agent (Must Bring Existing Roster)
Seeking an experienced Talent Agent/Manager who already has an established, active roster of working clients and is excited to bring that roster to a boutique, collaborative agency environment. This role is ideal for a proven agent/manager who can immediately contribute through existing client relationships while continuing to recruit and expand their roster over time.
As a Talent Agent/Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing artists across Film, Television, Commercial, and Digital. You must be comfortable supporting developed clients, building strategy, pitching, and operating at a high level with casting and buyer relationships.
This position requires strong familiarity with major breakdown platforms (Breakdown Services, Casting Networks, Casting Frontier) and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Agency or management experience is required.
You will work closely with the CEO & Partner of Talent, and success in this role depends on clear communication, strong prioritization, proactive problem-solving, and transparent feedback within a team environment.
Job Requirements & Responsibilities
• Bring an existing roster of established, working clients (required) and manage those client relationships day-to-day.
• Recruit additional established artists in film, television, theater, and/or commercial/digital.
• Guide clients' careers through strategy, packaging, pitching, and business advisement.
• Submit clients through provided platforms including Breakdown Services, Casting Networks, and Casting Frontier.
• Build and execute an artist-first strategy aligned with the brand and standards.
• Create email pitches, pitch materials, and client packages; pitch directly to casting, producers, and buyers.
• Maintain and leverage a strong network of industry contacts (casting directors, agents, production executives, and decision-makers).
• Demonstrated experience with SAG-AFTRA and union contracts.
• Knowledge of child labor laws/work permits (CA and/or NY preferred).
• Ability to represent and pitch the company's talent division to expand relationships and opportunities.
• Perform additional duties customary for senior representation roles as needed by leadership (CEO/VP).
Required Qualifications
• 2-5+ years of talent agency or management experience (required).
• Existing roster of working clients you can bring to the role (required).
• Strong track record of bookings, client development, and relationship management.
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
