Location: 31 Northeast 17th Street, Miami, FL, USA.
Skills: Expert in communication and time management.
Responsibilities and more:
• Work on behalf of clients to secure talent suited to their needs.
• Processing incoming requests for talent / artists.
• Procure opportunities, negotiate terms and confirm commercial engagements in a range of different areas (personal appearances, social media activity, brand ambassador roles and more) to the satisfaction of both clients and talent.
• Maintain excellent relationships with talent and clients.
• Troubleshoot and deal with any issues that may arise before, during and/or after the engagement/activity.
• Record and track all leads.
• Liaise with Marketing department to promote talent availability and latest news.
• Demonstrate the core values of the company on a day-to-day basis in all activities.
