Seeking Driven and Highly Motivated Talent Manager for Immediate Hire in NYC

MMG is seeking a high energy, ambitious Talent Manager to join our powerhouse team. This is a hybrid role. While certain responsibilities may be handled remotely, candidates must be accessible to our Midtown Manhattan office as needed.

This role is for someone who wants to build - relationships, rosters, revenue, and reputation.

What You'll Do:

-Scout, evaluate, sign, and develop emerging talent
-Provide hands on talent development, ensuring clients are fully prepared for submissions, auditions, and on set opportunities.
-Maintain consistent, strategic communication with talent and clients
-Collaborate closely with booking and internal teams to drive responsiveness and results
-Generate new business opportunities and contribute to agency growth initiatives
-Meet performance benchmarks within a metrics driven structure
-Represent MMG at industry events, pageants, showcases, and functions

Who You Are

-Highly articulate with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-Naturally relationship oriented with a confident, professional presence
-Self motivated, disciplined, and performance driven
-Organized and efficient in both remote and in office settings
-Comfortable working in a high volume, deadline driven environment
-Able to take ownership while also thriving as part of a collaborative team
-Ambitious and hungry to grow within the entertainment and talent industry
-Open to travel for industry events, including weekends throughout the year

Experience in entertainment, modeling, sales, influencer marketing, PR, and/or talent management is preferred. However, drive, professionalism, work ethic, and business instinct matter most.
