Hours consist of Monday - Friday 10-6 pm. Position is Hybrid. Some days will be requested to work from Midtown Manhattan office (Rockefeller Center) while other days will be possible to work from home. This is an entry level hire. This position will be responsible for assisting Senior Leadership directly in addition to working as a Junior Talent Manager. Seeking hard working, responsible candidates with winning personalities to create and maintain relationships with talent as well as clients. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and works efficiently remotely as well as in an office setting. Impeccable communication/written skills are key as well as the ability to work as part of a team.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Assist senior leadership with day to day activities including corresponding with high profile talent and clients
-Help to manage existing talent roster, upkeep and cultivate model portfolios and other administrative tasks.
-Will be responsible for scouting, signing and development of new talent
-Must be reliable, self motivated and driven.
-Must be extremely articulate and have excellent interpersonal and written skills.
-Must be able to work as part of a team and display innovative problem solving skills.
-Entertainment industry background or knowledge is highly preferred, but not mandatory
-Must be willing to work hard to meet quotas/deadlines and be accessible at odd hours as neccessary.
-Must be able to generate innovative ideas to push company growth.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
-Preferred experience working in sales, entertainment or similar environments
-Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe, Google Docs, Google Sheets
-Effective verbal and written communication skills
-Strong time management and organizational skills.
-Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
-Adaptable to a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
-Self-motivated
