Assistant / Junior Talent Manager

This is a Full Time Job


This is not a fully remote position. This will be Hybrid/Remote. Must be accessible to come into our office in Midtown Manhattan when needed. This is an entry level hire. This position will be responsible for assisting our Talent Managers in addition to working as a Junior Talent Manager. Seeking hard working, responsible candidates with winning personalities to create and maintain relationships with talent as well as clients. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and works efficiently remotely as well as in an office setting. Impeccable communication/email skills are key.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Will be responsible for scouting, signing and development of talent
-Must be reliable, self motivated and driven.
-Must be very articulate and have excellent interpersonal and written skills.
-Must be able to work as part of a team and as a ''team player''.
-Entertainment industry background or knowledge is highly preferred, but not mandatory
-Must be willing to work hard to meet quotas.
-Must be able to generate innovative ideas to push company growth.
-Assist other agents with their rosters and talent upkeep. This can include communication with talent and administrative duties.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

-Preferred experience working in sales, entertainment or similar environments
-Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe, Google Docs, Google Sheets
-Effective verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
-Strong time management and organizational skills.
-Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
-Adaptable to a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
-Self-motivated
