Mirada Studios is currently seeking a Creative Recruiter / Scheduling Manager.
All applicants need prior VFX & Design Artist Recruiting - and preferably - applicable scheduling experience. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, is proactive, possesses strong communication skills (both written and verbal), ability to multitask, has a clear understanding of VFX pipeline and artist skills and a good attitude. You will partner closely with studio production teams, leads and supervisors, in efforts to not only plan & staff projects, but also to build connections with both freelance & staff talent. You'll source and evaluate candidates, facilitate the interview and candidate selection process, and ensure candidate quality & availability for studio needs. Experience with rate negotiation is essential.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in an applicable field of study, or equivalent work experience
A minimum of 1 year of hands-on creative recruiting experience, preferably in-house for design, animation, VFX, creative programmers & coders, and production
In-depth knowledge of the design, animation, visual effects, VR, and related disciplines and industries
Exceptional research, organizational and analytical skills
Effective multi-tasking and time management skills
Able to exercise independent judgment and discretion, and maintain extreme confidentiality
