In-House Production Manager

Our company thrives on embracing smart individuals who can effectively manage communications and oversee the execution of assignments amongst key contributors to our projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines
• Supervising the completion of key tasks assigned to various team members to ensure the deliverables are being produced in accordance with existing project timelines
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when multiple units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy
• Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals
• Evaluating the pre-defined scope of quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected.
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change

• Proficiency in creating visual/written materials for corporate presentations
• Advanced knowledge using Photoshop, Keynote and Microsoft Office Suite
