About the Role
Minted Content is looking for a proactive, organized, and creative intern to learn day-to-day agency and production office operations and help grow our social media presence. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their every day, and wants hands-on experience across administration, content creation, commercial production, and office management.
Compensation
This is an unpaid internship intended for students seeking academic credit. Candidates must be able to provide documentation from their college or university confirming eligibility to receive credit for this experience.
What You'll Do
• Keep the office organized
• Create engaging content for our social media channels and website
• Prepare coffee and other refreshments for the team
• Coordinate travel itineraries
• Organize calendars
• Update the company website
• Pick up lunch orders and run occasional office errands
• Sort and distribute office mail
• Support ad hoc projects as they come up
• Conduct research to support the team's needs
• Provide general administrative support across the team
• Learn office and multiline telephone etiquette, gain experience working in industry standard platforms, and be exposed to big budget productions
What We're Looking For
• Comfortable working within a Mac environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A creative eye for social media content
• Interest in Film, TV, and Commercials
• Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask
• Tech-savvy and comfortable answering telephones
• Comfortable running errands, including lunch and supplies pickups, as needed
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, and eligible to receive academic credit for this internship
