Minted Content, a boutique television commercial and film production company, is searching for a Creative Assistant to join our team located in Santa Monica, CA. The Creative Assistant will handle responsibilities related to visuals, design, layout, and web interface. The ideal candidate for this position is a passionate, tech savvy, enthusiastic self-starter with a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
• Pull images and design layout for Directors' treatments
• Design creative assets and layout for pitch decks
• Manage and update company website
• Coordinate and manage special projects / app startups
• Design app wireframes, UX flows, logos, and visual assets
• Assist with various office and administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years' work experience
• Expert proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Keynote, Microsoft Suite, and Wix web design
• Understanding of and ability to use Figma, Adobe XD, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator
• At least a basic understanding of the app development process
• Project management skills: ability to communicate client requests to vendors, delegate tasks and create content management plans
• Organize project timelines
• Strong writing and excellent proofreading capabilities
• Excellent eye for composition / layout / image searching
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills and timeliness
