Job Title: Intern, Twins Production
Location: Target Field, Minneapolis, MN
Position Summary:
The Minnesota Twins are looking for an Intern to assist the Twins Production team in making each home game a memorable and engaging experience. The intern will help manage in-game entertainment, write scripts, coordinate scoreboard messaging, and assist with special events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist the Twins Production team in creating a fun and engaging atmosphere at all home games
• Serve as the pre-game on-field stage manager and facilitate in-ballpark contests and sponsored elements
• Coordinate baseball, fan, and sponsor messaging for stadium scoreboards
• Assist with writing scripts for game hosts and announcers
• Create and distribute scoreboard videos for fans and staff
• Help with special event planning and coordination of ceremonial pitch participants
• Assist with Target Field non-game day events as needed
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Ability to interact professionally with athletes, alumni, and key stakeholders
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and all Twins home games
• Strong knowledge of Major League Baseball, its players, and history
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with video/graphics software
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift items up to 35 pounds as needed
Time Commitment:
• February 2025 - October 2025
• 40 hours per week, including all home games
Salary:
• $17 per hour
Work Environment:
• Onsite at Target Field, including game days and special events
