Job Title: Intern, Content Creator - Video/Editing

Position Summary:
The Minnesota Twins Content team is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to be the 2025 Content Creator - Video/Editing intern. This internship provides an opportunity to grow video creation and storytelling skills while working for a Major League Baseball team. Reporting to the Manager, Video Production, this role will focus on shooting, editing, and creating stories on and off the field for various organizational assignments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist the Twins Creative team in capturing, editing, and producing promotional videos, social media content, graphics, and animations
• Shoot and edit game day highlights in a timely manner
• Create content for community initiatives and support off-field projects as needed
• Contribute to long-form storytelling projects such as "The Diamond"
• Collaborate with brand marketing and social media initiatives throughout the season
• Use existing video production skills to elevate content while continuing to develop and learn
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and DSLR cameras
• Strong conceptual thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and pivot as needed
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Physical Requirements:
• Able to lift items up to 35 pounds as needed
Time Commitment:
• February 2025 - October 2025 (40 hours/week)
Pay Rate:
• $17/hour
