Your Opportunity:
In this role you will assists the duties of the facilities department and will work closely on the day-to-day operations, strategies and objectives of the department. We are looking for an organized, driven and passionate individual to join our dynamic team.
What would you do?

• Set up and take down for events and be onsite for the event as needed by your coworkers.
• Coordinate the delivery of equipment and communicate with contract workers as they arrive onsite for a seamless process.
• Track the inventory of our building supplies and order new supplies as needed.
• Assist with preventative and routine maintenance of our equipment to ensure everything is in working order.
• Draft memos and email updates to send out to staff members
• Grow positive relationships with Target Center staff to ensure repairs and requests are being completed efficiently. Schedule meetings and other events with strong communication to ensure a positive experience between staff and partners.
• Participate and assist the coordinator of all Facility Department events
• Work various events and games as assigned to support the facility department and company-wide events.
What are your proficiencies or equivalent experiences?
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Preference given to applicants with experience working in sports, construction or project management roles.
• Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills required.
• Positive attitude and a dream to succeed is required.
• Proficient computer skills: working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Perform well on a team as well as work sufficiently independently.
• Comfortable with handling multiple projects at a time.
• Ability to keep information confidential and use discretion within the organization.
• This position does not have supervisory responsibility.
