Position Description:
The Community Relations Intern will support the Corporate Social Responsibility department with special projects and daily office duties. They will help the Bucks organization impact those in the Milwaukee area in a positive manner.
Expectations:
20-25 hours/weekly from start date through end of Bucks season. Will need to support on select game nights.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage/track all donation requests
• Support planning for the 2018-19 NBA Cares programs
• Inventory / order merchandise for upcoming season
• Bucks Foundation Programs and operations support
• Manage CR department general inquiries
• Open, answer, prioritize mail responses on daily basis
• Assemble and send merchandise packs for donation requests
• Online Donation system management
Qualification Requirements:
• College Junior or Senior
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Impeccable organizational skills
