Full Time Job
The Public Address Announcer is responsible for clearly and effectively providing the crowd with information regarding the game and marketing initiatives. The Public Address Announcer is an integral part of the in-game experience, creating a fan friendly and entertainment environment during all Milwaukee Brewers home games. Applicants must include an audio demo reel to be considered.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.
• Perform as the Miller Park Public Address Announcer for all Brewers home games (regular season and post-season)
• Introduce and conclude all Brewers special event postgame shows, such as fireworks, laser shows, or concerts.
• Voiceover pre-produced videoboard features as needed.
• Serve the role of Public Address Announcer at Brewers On Deck.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Strong vocal talent with a unique and definitive personality
• Strong knowledge of Major League Baseball, including rules and positions; specific knowledge of Milwaukee Brewers is a plus
• Ability to multi-task in a stressful environment
• Comfort announcing to large crowds and announcing complex names
• Must have a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Keep a professional demeanor with the ability to interact with fans, staff members, players, coaches and front office executives
• Ability to attend most if not all Brewers home games, arriving two (2) hours before each game
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Work Hours
Hours vary according to the game and event schedule. Maximum of 30 hours per week.
