Overview
As part of the Milwaukee Brewers, the Intern - Field/Event Security will assist security personnel and support security procedures to maintain a safe environment for all employees, players, umpires, and guests at American Family Fields of Phoenix.
Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Assume positions in all levels of the seating bowl and concourse areas to observe and identify areas of concern, fan issues and prevent incidents from escalating.
• Fixed post standing guard at various positions throughout the ballpark before, during and after a game or event. These positions may rotate on a game-by-game or event-by-event basis.
• Be proactive with respect to customer service, safety, and security before, during and after games or events.
The ideal candidate will have one year of experience in event operations, as well as the ability to problem solve, multitask, and observe their surroundings.
