Coordinator - Digital Marketing (Analyst & UX)

Summary
The Coordinator - Digital Marketing will leverage data and analytics to help drive business sales, fan engagement and affinity toward baseball. This role will specifically focus on developing & analyzing data-driven marketing campaigns and user experiences that drive ticket sales and fan engagement. The ideal candidate is not only capable of analyzing and interpreting data focused on digital users, but can also illustrate and explain complex concepts and findings that resonate with business stakeholders. This role will also support the Social Media Manager during the baseball season.

• Develop and analyze easy-to-read dashboards and reports that provide insights and trends around social, website, email and Ballpark app performance.
• Ballpark App –work with Information Technology designer to create new items and add/remove modules to improve the user experience; monitor user experience
• Grow texting database – Author text messages and coordinate with MLB on deployment
• UX experience – analyze how users move through the Club's website and Ballpark app
• Analyze and leverage business data to deliver measurable impact through customer-centric strategies and key performance indicators.
• Support social media game coverage and community management.
• Execute SEO functions including keyword research, link optimization, site auditing and social media promotion to help drive people to the Club's website.
Qualifications

• Highly skilled at Excel and data analysis
• Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar program
• Critical thinker and problem solver
• Experience with Digital including UX, SEO and social media
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
Education
and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Work Hours
Business hours are Monday – Friday 9 am – 5pm, however, additional hours may be required on weekends, evenings and some holidays. This position will travel up to 10% of the time.
