Ticket Services Representative - Seasonal
Summary This position will answer incoming single game ticket inquiries while actively cross and up-selling individual ticket buyers by utilizing the Tickets.com/ProVenue ticketing system. In addition to being a skilled single-game selling professionals, the Ticket Services Representatives are also highly knowledgeable in fielding general customer service inquiries regarding all American Family Field and Milwaukee Brewers events. Individuals in this position are highly engaged and motivated while demonstrating a strong desire to succeed in a fast paced sales and service environment, and must enjoy interacting with a diverse group of consumers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.
• Provide exceptional customer service while answering 50 – 100 inbound phone calls per 8 hour shift, working with customers and their individual needs.
• Handle basic customer service inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of ticket promotions and clearly communicate all related ticket products and American Family Field information.
• Demonstrate strong techniques and strategies to up-sell and cross sell on all inbound phone calls by recognizing opportunities.
• Remain highly engaged and current with all Brewers related advanced ticket technologies.
• Assist with daily ticket mailings and other ticket fulfillment.
• Required to participate in on-going Sales and Service trainings, Daily Briefings and Daily Sales Recaps as well as review communications provided such as the Ticketing department Sharepoint.
• Meet expectations of call monitoring program focused on maximizing sales and providing exceptional customer service as well as all established department productivity and service standards.
• Efficiently use the Tickets.com/ProVenue ticketing system.
• Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Qualified candidates must have exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Candidates must also have good computer skills, including proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Possess the ability to multi-task and adjust to rapidly changing business conditions
• Team oriented attitude, relationship building, professional demeanor and appearance
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic with an innate sense of urgency and tenacity
• Prior ticketing experience preferred.
• Prior customer service experience via phones strongly preferred.
Education
and/or Experience
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. College degree preferred.
Computer Skills
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Work Hours
Hours vary according to the game and event schedule. This is a seasonal hourly position with a starting rate of $9.75 per hour. Candidates are expected to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, up to a maximum of 30 hours per week. Candidates should be capable of working extended hours such as nights, weekends, and game days.
