- Assist celebrity with administrative tasks including, but not limited to: scheduling appointments, running errands, preparation of meeting materials, answering phones, filing, dictation, photocopying and messengering correspondence and documents.
- Schedule meeting and appointments
- Create and maintain detailed status reports and documents and draft various correspondence.
- Conduct research as it relates to current projects.
- Maintain and organize files.
- Interact positively with others and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
- Arrange travel and all accommodations and create comprehensive and detailed itineraries.
- Perform other related duties in support of the celebrity as requested.
- Drive CEO to appointments.
- Responds to inquiries.
- Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
SKILLS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficiency with Dropbox.com
- Strong time Management skills
- Strong navigational skills and understanding of driving in Los Angeles
- Posses excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
