Executive Assistant / PA - Contract basis / Part-time
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for a high-level executive. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities include:
Calendar management for executives
Aid executive in preparing for meetings
Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Create, update and improv XLS databas
Social Media management
Searching for freelancers via the web
Shooting basic video from phone, uploading and posting
Conduct deep dives into business analytics (No experience necessary)
Photo editing
Basic edits for video (super basic, cut videos done on phone type stuff)
Read Scripts
Customer relations (when needed)
Run errands
Dog walking
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and G-suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
