The Account Manager, Membership Services is responsible for providing world-class service to seat holders, suite owners, and premium clients. This role emphasizes building long-term connections, maximizing retention, and enhancing the overall experience at LoanDepot Park. You will assist clients during Marlins home games and events at LoanDepot Park, acting as their primary point of contact. Your duties will include ensuring the smooth execution of benefits, addressing any issues, and creating memorable experiences that foster client loyalty.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, a deep understanding of hospitality, and the ability to close high-value deals in a competitive market. You should be driven to meet personal and annual sales goals, with a proactive approach to relationship-building. A passion for delivering exceptional service, exceeding client expectations, and driving renewal revenue will be key to your success.
Essential Functions:
• Serve as the primary liaison for season ticket members, ensuring an exceptional service experience.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals: Renewals, New Business, Groups
• Meet or exceed daily call minimum and appointment expectations.
• Proactively build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate executives and key stakeholders to drive renewals and long-term engagement.
• Execute personalized client touchpoints, including check-ins, hospitality events, gifting programs and exclusive experiences to enhance client satisfaction.
• Generate new business revenue year over year, either from current book of business or self-prospected leads.
• Handle client issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolutions and a high standard of service.
• Communicate important information regarding benefits, upcoming events, parking, catering and other hospitality services in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain an accurate and updated CRM database, tracking client interactions, feedback, and service requests.
• Work nights, weekends and holidays as required to support events and maintain strong client relationships.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Proven track record of at least one year of high-level sales success, demonstrating strong performance and results.
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to confidently deliver sales materials to large groups and key clients.
• Effective problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Commitment to delivering a white-glove service experience that drives client satisfaction and retention.
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Archtics or similar) for managing client information and tracking interactions.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach, capable of engaging with executives and affluent clientele.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to personalize interactions and provide proactive solutions.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple accounts.
• High-energy, self-motivated sales professional with a passion for driving revenue.
