Full Time Job
Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator will liaise with creative, brand impact, sales and community relations. The coordinator manages day-to-day programs such as, but not limited to: Student Pass, large group initiatives requiring marketing support, S.T.E.A.M. Day, Special Offers, and other one off programs.
Essential Functions:
• Work in project management system to develop creative briefs as they relate to brand impact, sales, student pass programs etc.
• Update and gather input for creative tracker, share as necessary
• Efficiently manage process from brief to execution
• Opening day guide
• Leading Off Program Booklet (insider magazine)
• Collaborate with other coordinator on pocket schedule as well as additional collateral for community events
• Effectively communicate with marketing manager
• Manage relationship with brand impact and community relations and provide recommendations/suggestions to improve relationship, flow of information, status meetings
• Develop regular communication with group, coordinate development of status for weekly meeting
• Develop follow up communication and next steps from that meeting
• Ensure team members are informed of promotional schedule, that team is up to date on new brand impact deals etc.
• Ensure approval for use of our brand marks
• Maintain ongoing communication with team and other departments
• Provide updated status reports on all key deliverables and work with all coordinators to finalize
• Develop meeting recaps and next steps for attendees, share with teams to ensure all are aligned
• Assist with project management of all team assignments
• Consult with team members to fully understand project needs
• Responsible for comprehending the big picture of how the projects integrate with overall goals of the business and brand initiatives
• Coordinate updating of team trackers
• Creative tracker
• Media Tracker
• Attend games as needed, depending upon game entertainment
Qualifications
& Requirements:
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
• Strong account and timeline management skills
• Organized, accurate and detail-oriented
• Good track record of managing multiple projects at once
• Project management experience a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Skilled in Microsoft Office
• Self-starter, deadline driven
Suggested Education & Experience Guidelines:
• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years advertising, project management/marketing coordinator experience
• A minimum of two (2) years professional work experience in Marketing
