Position Summary
The Front of the House Team Member is responsible for delivering excellent guest service during on-site catered events and daily food service operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming, professional experience while maintaining presentation, service standards, and cleanliness.
Essential Functions
• Set up, maintain, and break down front-of-house areas for catered events and service periods
• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide excellent customer service
• Serve food and beverages according to service standards and event guidelines
• Monitor food presentation, portioning, and replenishment during service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, dining spaces, and guest-facing stations
• Assist with event flow and guest needs to ensure a smooth service experience
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and event staff to support service timing and quality
• Assist with restocking supplies, service ware, and beverages
• Adhere to company policies, dress code, and professional appearance standards

Skill Requirements & Experience Guidelines
• Previous front-of-house, catering, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
• Team-oriented, reliable, and punctual
• Basic knowledge of food service and sanitation practices
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and allergen management
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
Work Environment
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Requires daily interaction with professional athletes, coaches, and staff; professionalism, discretion, and a high level of respect are essential
• Must consistently demonstrate a customer service mindset, with the ability to anticipate needs, respond to feedback, and contribute to a positive clubhouse and staff environment
