We're seeking a highly organized, quick-moving, and hands-on professional to serve in a dual capacity as Investor Liaison and Executive Assistant to the President of Business.
Reporting to the President of Business, the Executive Assistant & Investor Liaison will manage and coordinate cross-functionally to deliver seamless experiences for all stakeholders with the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and detail-oriented consideration. This role is fast-paced, and highly visible. Responsibilities include coordinating investor materials, organizing events and supporting materials, and general administrative and office tasks. You will work cross-functionally to support key communications, relationships, and on-the-ground logistics, supporting the President of Business to ensure flawless planning and execution of operations for all stakeholders.
What You'll Do
Investor Liaison Responsibilities
• Manage communications and logistics for investors, including coordination of tickets, access, and hospitality.
• Lead planning and execution of investor meetings, events, and communications, including quarterly and annual meetings and events.
• Prepare meeting notices, agendas, materials and minutes for Executive Committee, Board of Directors and any other committee/groups as needed in collaboration with members of the executive team; prepare logistics of meetings including venue, food, materials, equipment, and travel information.
• Maintain investor contact information and manage ongoing communication and follow-up.
• Track and report engagement metrics, keeping leadership informed and aligned.
Executive Assistant Responsibilities
• Manage the President of Business's calendar, travel, meetings, and communications with precision and professionalism.
• Act as liaison across internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and anticipating needs.
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups for executive meetings.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Support the President's involvement in league-level initiatives, investor conversations, and strategic planning.
• Provide occasional administrative support to other senior leaders on special projects and time-sensitive tasks.
• Prepare and brief the President for meetings, presentations, and speeches by coordinating research, reports, and presentation materials, including coordinating all materials, directions
• Support game-day needs through flexibility and attention to detail.
What You Bring
• 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in sports, finance, or entertainment.
• Experience or familiarity with Investor Relations preferred.
• The ability and desire to work in a fast-moving, hands-on environment with shifting priorities.
• Comfort navigating a ballpark environment and being physically present to support operational and event needs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a bias for action.
• High emotional intelligence, integrity, and discretion.
• Mastery of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with CRM systems or investor tracking tools is preferred
• Experience working with a Board of Directors is preferred.
