Position Summary:
The CRM Manager will be responsible for sales campaign development and performance analysis. Your responsibilities will require the management of the Salesforce CRM system, continuous analysis of ongoing ticketing activities, the generation of new sales leads, proactive analysis of current sales campaigns, and reporting of ticketing revenues. The individual will support in the design of strategies primarily for enterprise CRM systems and set standards for operations, programming, and security, assist in the design and construction CRM databases, integrating new systems with existing applications and product and refine system performance and functionality.
Essential Functions:
• Experience with developing, deploying, customizing and integrating Salesforce CRM
• Demonstrated proficiency in customizing and creating CRM entities within Salesforce CRM
• Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes
• Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
• Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
• Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
• Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
• Coordinating with other managers to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Developing strategies to increase sales within existing markets and identifying new markets for growth.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement within the company's sales processes or procedures.
• Training new employees about company policies and procedures for selling products or services.
• Managing customer data and tracking interactions with customers through diverse channels such as email, chat, and social media.
• Developing and maintaining the company's customer relationship management system. Analyze campaign performance trends to make actionable insights
• Work with department managers on strategies for gathering new leads based on measured successes from ongoing campaigns.
• Develop campaign strategies and measurement methodologies to enhance efficiency and efficacy.
• Understanding internal client requirements and how they translate to new application features
Qualifications & Requirements:
• At least 5 Years' experience with Salesforce CRM
• Strength in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing data and reporting systems
• Demonstrated proficiency in campaign analytics and ROI measurement
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience working in a cloud environment is preferred
• Experience with SQL a plus
• Experience working in sports and/or in the live entertainment industry is a plus
Suggested Education & Experience Guidelines:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Major in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Management Science highly preferred.
