If you would like working in a dynamic, cutting edge, I.T. environment, we are currently searching for an I.T. Infrastructure Administrator. In this exciting assignment, you will assist the Director in maintaining the operational integrity and security of our data infrastructures in a year-round, 24/7 operating environment.
As our I.T. Infrastructure Administrator, your essential functions include overseeing the data infrastructure for the Arena, which includes supporting I.T. Team and third party vendors, while providing consultant supervision. You will also continually maintain I.T. systems' performance, stability, and handle various security related issues.
Additional functions will include the following, as well as other duties that may arise:
• Proficiently manage LAN/WAN infrastructure, server resources, and enterprise applications in a hybrid on premise/cloud environment.
• Effectively take care of maintenance, planning, implementations, monitoring, performing data back-ups, and actively provide daily problem resolution.
• Set and monitor consistency to security policies and guidelines, forecasting growth, alignment to budgets, and vendor negotiations.
• Provide in-house and remote technical support for all Miami HEAT and Arena events as needed.

• MIS Degree and/or experience commensurate with hands-on field experience in I.T. systems integration preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years hands-on experience with LAN infrastructures; VMware; data switches; routers; firewalls; content inspection; NAS; LDAP, Linux, Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, MS-OS & MS Office/365 applications.
• Collaborative, ambitious, and willing to learn the Arena support requirements.
Currently hold an A /LAN certification. Microsoft, Azure, Linux, VMware, Storage, Cyber Security, Juniper, or Cisco certifications are also a plus.
