Full Time Job
The Corporate Partnership Sales Coordinator will support the business development efforts of the Corporate Sales team. They will be responsible for administrative functions of the department such as booking meeting spaces, building/maintaining sales materials. They will assist in prospecting and lead generation, building sales presentations and proposals, CRM management, client gifting and hospitality. They will engage in the sponsorship sales process by attending client meetings and conference calls. They will manage the weekly Corporate Sales meeting, setting the agenda and providing post-meeting notes. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.
• Building and maintaining Corporate Sales materials
• Corporate Sales prospecting and lead generation
• Booking meeting spaces and other presentation needs
• CRM Management
• Client gifting and hospitality
• Attend Corporate Sales pitches
• Manage Weekly Corporate Sales Dept. Meeting
Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a 4-year college or technical school. 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience. Very organized and detail-oriented. Able to meet tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced, fluid environment while balancing multiple tasks at once. Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
