MGMT is seeking an assistant for our CEO,
This is a great opportunity for a passion driven individual interested in the talent representation side of the entertainment industry. Applicants should also be client-oriented and possess strong communication/phone skills when working with industry professionals. Also looking for someone who is inspired and can thrive in a fast paced and busy office environment.
Qualifications:
Experience working/interning at a talent agency, management company, or casting office is preferred but not required.
Applicants should possess excellent computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Docs, Filemaker Pro, Canva. Familiarity working with Actors Access/Breakdowns Express & Casting Networks is also a plus.
Great Communication skills and energy. People oriented, reliable and organized within a fast paced, busy office environment and who works well under pressure.
Executive Assistant Duties & Responsibilities
This job generally requires the ability to do the following work:12
Review documents
Accounting/bookkeeping
Calendar management
Conduct research
Client relations
Design and maintain a filing system
Handle information requests
Organize meetings
Keep records
Arrange travel plans
Typing
Event planning
Prepare statistical reports
Processing expense reports
Take meeting minutes
Answering and directing a high volume of emails and phone calls, Sending / Confirming Auditions and Appointments Maintaining client materials, Scheduling meetings, managing calendars Assisting agents through booking process, New client paperwork, Social media posting, Attending Events.
COVID-19 Precaution(s):
Remote interview preferred as we are not currently taking in person meetings.
