Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. (''MGM'') is seeking a Manager of Credits for our Theatrical Business Affairs department. The individual must be detail oriented, organized and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
-Compile screen and paid advertising credits for all of MGM, Orion and Acquisition pictures.
-Titles registration and maintenance of database system.
-Handle contracts administration and tracking, including preparing status reports and managing contract and option expiration dates and payments.
-Maintain the option calendar report and actor/director optional picture calendar report.
-Assess circumstances and problem solve with minimal supervision, exercising common sense and diplomacy. Build and maintain relationships within the company, and facilitate communications with colleagues both internally and externally.
Requirements :
-Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience (entertainment industry or law firm preferred).
-Can-do, flexible attitude and demeanor with good level of business savvy and common sense.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
-Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
-Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to quickly learn Company proprietary databases.
-Responsible, reliable, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
-Bachelor degree required.
