Full Time Job
Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. ("MGM") is seeking a Digital Distribution Marketing Coordinator to support its marketing initiatives and new release campaigns across our PVOD, EST, VOD and physical home entertainment businesses. This position will directly support the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing.
Responsibilities:
• Support day-to-day management of digital agencies that are used across our new release marketing campaigns
• Assist with development and production of creative deliverables which include asset and vendor management, key art, and A/V production, and ensuring high quality, accurate content delivery
• Support digital platform (e.g., Apple, Comcast, VUDU, Redbox) marketing initiatives by managing creative requests, ensuring deliverable timelines, creative review, and approvals with key internal and external stakeholders
• Actively participate in team brainstorming sessions to identify unique ways of promoting upcoming films during the home entertainment window
• Support approval process of physical home video creative materials and marketing campaign
• Assist with management of localized marketing campaigns across key Latin American and Asia Pacific markets
• Ad-hoc marketing support for the complete home entertainment lifecycle of new release films and catalog titles, including EST, VOD, and Physical home video
• Remain current on market and industry trends across the overall entertainment ecosystem and impacts to MGM's distribution and marketing strategy
• Management of creative deliverable trackers, platform and agency asset deliveries and invoice processing
Skills
and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in advertising, media, or entertainment marketing; digital home entertainment experience is a plus
• Collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented, dynamic, and comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced marketing environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to effectively interact with a wide range of personalities and styles across internal and external partners
• Proficient in Mac OS, Microsoft Suite, Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
• Passionate about their work and approaches challenges with a positive and solutions-oriented attitude
• Knowledge of asset production and management, social platforms, and media best practices is a plus
