How do I hire a Coordinator, Delivery Services? Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Studios Inc. ("MGM") is seeking a Coordinator, Delivery Services who will support the Delivery Services team members in various tasks to fulfill servicing agreements and client order requirements.
Responsibilities:
-Assist in pulling descriptive metadata in various templates and review for inconsistencies and flags prior to supplying to the client or vendor
-Coordinate and submit artwork requests to marketing, as needed
-Support in ordering material delivery via our internal servicing system or submit access letters to vendors and Licensee's
-Request and/or perform technical asset research for upcoming deals and current orders.
-Review delivery requests against contractual terms, i.e., licensed titles, license period, and technical requirements
-Assist in tracking and following up on client rejections with our internal team and vendor.
-Track license periods and follow-up for delivery requests in anticipation of license start date
-Maintain and keep current all Licensee's Technical Specs and Style guides
-Material rebill and reporting from our internal servicing system through submission to Finance
-Support CSR in advising licensees, contracts group and sales personnel on the delivery status of materials
-Auditing: P.O.'s, file deliveries, file ID's, descriptive and technical metadata
-Building and maintaining delivery trackers for high profile current content
-Updating internal Sales trackers for delivery status on current feature content and reporting on discrepancies and missing items
Requirements:
-Familiarity with various file formats, tech specs and distributor Portals, i.e., Netflix Backlot & iTunes Connect
-Familiar with submitting artwork and metadata, rights and pricing
-Strong Excel skills, particularly for building trackers and the VLOOKUP function
-Familiarity with avails processes and traditional (as well as untraditional) release windows
-BA/BS degree preferred
-Proficiency in MS Office required
-SAP knowledge preferred
-Strong oral and written communication skills
-Strong organizational skills
-Strong customer service skills
-Self-motivated team player
-Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment; mindful of project demands and time constraints
-Ability to multi-task and juggle different priorities with a positive attitude
