We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Assistant to support our CEO and help ensure smooth operations. This role combines administrative assistance with booking agent tasks. You will help manage schedules, coordinate client bookings, and ensure booking terms and deal memos are reviewed and approved. The ideal candidate will be comfortable stepping into booking coordination and supporting talent- or client-related tasks. Familiarity with industry tools like Syngency and Airtable is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling, meetings, and general coordination.
Assist with client bookings, including initiating, tracking, and finalizing bookings.
Review and approve booking terms and deal memos.
Liaise between the CEO, clients, and internal teams.
Provide administrative support and assist in ad hoc projects as needed.
Be available to respond to urgent needs or last-minute changes.
Qualifications:
Experience as an assistant or in a booking or coordination role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with booking systems or software like Syngency and Airtable is a plus.
Flexibility and availability to assist as needs arise.
