New York, NYThis is a Full Time Job
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Merch Traffic is a leading music merchandising company within the Live Nation family, partnering with top-tier artists to create iconic merchandise offerings across our major lines of business, from touring to retail to online sales. THE JOB
We are seeking a driven, proactive, and exceptionally organized Sr. Analyst/Manager to work directly alongside the Merch Traffic CEO. This is a high-impact role at the center of our fast-moving company, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will lead projects that don't fit neatly into other teams, manage key external relationships, and bring clarity and momentum to critical business priorities. You'll play a vital role in ensuring operational alignment, maintaining clear communication, and driving execution on high-stakes initiatives.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
• Own end-to-end execution of initiatives, from planning through delivery, across a range of business areas.
• Serve as a central point of contact for select business lines and partnerships, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Create structure around evolving projects, translating strategic direction into actionable plans with clear milestones.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment, resolve blockers, and maintain project momentum.
• Represent the CEO in selected communications and meetings, particularly in engagements involving international stakeholders, including the K-Pop business line.
• Maintain visibility into active workstreams, ensuring key decisions are well-informed and follow-ups are timely and complete.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, banking, or high-velocity strategic roles – ideally with exposure to global or cross-cultural business environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly convey complex topics across stakeholders.
• Experience interfacing with senior executives and external partners, including international contacts.
• Impeccable organizational skills – able to juggle multiple workstreams with speed, accuracy, and minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from ambiguous information.
• Responsive, resourceful, and relentless in execution – you do what it takes to move things forward.
• Willingness to occasionally work off-hours for international coordination.
