Creative Coordinator

Looking for a highly organized, proactive Creative Coordinator to help keep our business running at full momentum. This role is about anticipating needs, keeping details sharp, and helping the team stay one step ahead.
As our Creative Coordinator, you'll be working closely with a small team to help manage leads and client communications, keep projects and follow-ups on track, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. From maintaining CRM systems and coordinating calendars to crafting newsletters and keeping our social channels fresh, you'll play a key role in how we stay visible in the industry and keeping our creative ecosystem moving smoothly.
