This is a Part Time Unpaid Internship
Internship Start Date/Season: Immediate / mid-June 2023
Internship Duration: Flexible, minimum 12 weeks commitment
Time/Days Required: Estimated 5 hours/week

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our social media team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the entertainment industry while working remotely. The successful candidate will work closely with Mel Mack and our team to learn various aspects of social media management.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with social media management, including content creation, calendar creation and organization, scheduling posts, and engaging with our online community. (IG: @melmackactingstudio)
• Conduct research on social media trends, audios, and assigned projects as needed.
Requirements:
-Quick learner
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
-Creative ideas and forward thinking
• Passion for the entertainment industry and a desire to learn more about casting and acting coaching are a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook) and basic content creation skills are required.
• Availability to work a flexible time range of 5-10 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in the entertainment industry (acting) is a plus but not required.
• Basic knowledge of acting techniques and the auditioning process.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, casting platforms, and industry software.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to professional growth.

However, we are committed to providing a valuable learning experience and mentorship to help you develop your skills and gain exposure in the industry. We are open to working with your educational institution to provide academic credit if applicable.
