Mediaplacement Entertainment is looking to hire an Assistant Coordinator position at the agency. Roles to including scanning media, editing, clipping, evaluating and measurement reporting.
Qualities required include;
Keen Attention to Detail is a MUST
Problem Solving
Organization & Prioritization
Skilled at Data Entry/Data Management
Strong Writing & Communication Skills
Basic Video Editing Knowledge
Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite- (Premiere & Photoshop) and/or Final Cut Pro
Proactive
Self-starter & Quick Learner
Ability to take direction
Familiarity with Word & Excel
Tech Savvy
Tasks:
-Scanning- Daily, as well as keeping track of scanning calendar.
-Tracking Projects that PMs are managing in Nimbus and adding them to the Release Date List-Weekly
-File Management & Organization in Box
-Convert files to the correct format using Adobe Acrobat for PMs.
-Coordinating with Nielsen for data needed each month.
-Researching viewership info/ project insights when necessary.
-Basic Editing, Clipping placements, uploading to box.
-Evaluating Placements
-Importing viewership/Ad value data into nimbus.
