PROJECT SALES AGENT / MANAGERS
REMOTE POSITION
This role will be virtual and manage the planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project Sales Associates/managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep Lead Producer informed the entire way:
Assigned projects in development to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
Assist in the updating of budgets, production schedules, Day Out of Days, etc
Assist in the development of marketing tools for specific projects (pitch decks, sizzle reels, etc)
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving Lead Producer and ensuring technical feasibility
Assist in obtaining sales projections for each project
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Report and escalate to management as needed
Establish, manage and maintain relationships with the sales agents and Lead Producer
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation by tracking project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
2+ years of experience in the entertainment section in financial planning & analysis, management consulting, investment banking or sales, etc
Prior experience in Studio Operations, Physical Production, Post Production, VFX or related production activities preferred
Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative financial analysis
Superior proficiency with Excel, Movie Magic Budget and Scheduling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
