Media Services, a very fast paced entertainment payroll company, seeks candidates for a full-time sales administration position to assist the Sales departments. This position will be based in our Los Angeles office. Candidates must possess strong client service skills, as well as excellent attention to detail and willingness to work as part of a team. Entertainment industry experience is preferred.
Position Summary: The primary responsibilities of the Sales Administration position is to provide excellent client service and administrative support to the sales team. This position also performs other assignments in support of the organization as directed.
Essential Job Functions:
1. Provides support to the Sales Team coordinating all contracts, agreements, new client-setups, and database management, including assistance in managing workflow, transactions and projects.
2. Collects, organizes, researches, and interprets information from various sources and to compose descriptive narratives that are clear, concise, and grammatically correct.
3. Communicates with clients and prospective clients regarding Media Services products and services.
4. Handles high volume of varied, complex administrative tasks while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
5. Maintains and updates Media Services' online store.
6. Responds to client questions and inquiries in a timely manner.
7. Updates and maintains sales databases.
8. Researches, analyzes, compiles, and presents sales, product, and services data.
Essential Job Requirements:
1. Effective communication skills.
2. Excellent attention to detail.
3. Ability to effectively work with minimal supervision.
4. Effective at prioritizing work to ensure deadlines are met.
5. Follows up and follows through with supervisors, clients and coworkers.
