2nd Assistant to the CEO

This is a Full Time Job

The Second Assistant will report to the CEO and will work collaboratively with the first Assistant to the CEO to seamlessly and effectively coordinate the CEO's day to day activities. This position will support the company's top executive in a broad range of administrative responsibilities, including:

Logistics and Scheduling
• Scheduling meetings and organizing calendars
• Managing domestic and international travel arrangements
• Ensuring the office is clean, presentable and in good working order
• Handling business and personal research, projects, and errands

Communications
• Fielding incoming calls, tracking phone sheet and rolling calls at times
• Coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Tracking direct incoming submissions and facilitate a timely response

Project and Material Tracking
• Staying up to date on internal film and TV projects. Helping prepare tracking reports and facilitating communications of project status
• Reading and covering incoming scripts and books, and keeping abreast of TV, film, social, short-form, podcasts, periodicals, etc. for the team

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2-3 years of previous network, studio, production company, agency or entertainment industry experience. In addition, the candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:

• Deep working knowledge of film and television industry
• Intelligence and curiosity; able to coordinate fast paced activities among senior executives while continuously learning
• Passion and commitment for storytelling across all formats and platforms
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Box, Google Docs and Adobe Suite
• Attention to detail
• Superior organizational skills
• Proactive
• Works well under pressure
• in a fast-paced environment. Conveys a sense of urgency, and drives issues to closure.
