Production Intern, Fall 2025
Location: Hollywood, CA
Business: Media Res Studio
Dates: 9/15/25-11/21/25
Time Commitment: 16 hours/week in office
Rate: LA County Minimum Wage/Hour

Primary Responsibilities
The internship is a 10-week in-person program in our Hollywood office. Our interns will help facilitate the daily operations of studio development and by doing so, gain a greater perspective of the market, the industry and the jobs it offers.
Our Intern will support the Production Department in daily tasks including:
• Organize and populate Airtable grids (e.g., Heads of Department)
• Manage stage information by territory in Google Sheets
• Transfer project tracking from Google Sheets into Airtable (e.g., show emails)
• Organize and update agency information
• Collect updated creative materials internally and maintain organized folder systems
Qualifications for the Internship include:
• Enrolled in or degree from an accredited college/university
• Knowledge of film and television history and interest in physical production
• Passion and commitment for content across all formats and platforms
• Proactive and able to take initiative to drive projects forward
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Airtable and Google Suite
• Knowledge of AI tools is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and superior attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Candidates must be available to work around 16 hours a week
