We're looking for a Senior Producer-Editor-Motion Graphics Designer to craft high-end persuasion media that motivates and moves the needle. You should be technically proficient, creatively ambitious, hard working, and an enthusiastic team player. While your primary responsibilities will be conceptualizing, designing, animating, and editing live action and motion graphics projects, you'll also play a versatile role in the operations of the company.

A high standard of quality is a must - our caliber of work is what sets us apart, and you must embody this value. Our firm is rapidly expanding in personnel and production scope, so we need a player who's ready to excel through challenges and lead a growing team.
You should have a minimum of 4-6 years of Producer-Editor experience, be fully versed in collaborating with a creative team, comfortable working directly with clients, and capable of working independently to produce top notch work. Your editorial, motion graphics, and storytelling skills must all be equally well refined. Please include your self-rating of your skills in Premiere and After Effects in your introduction. Cinema4D, writing, and illustration skills are a definite plus.

Responsibilities
• Produce and edit projects for broadcast, digital distribution, and live events
• Design and animate high-end motion graphics
• Manage technical operations of our editorial facility
• Participate in client account management and outreach
• Contribute to all MeanGreen creative ventures, in ideation and direction
• Oversee and manage junior editors and staff

Requirements
• 4 to 6 years of Producer-Editor experience
• Bachelor's Degree in media production or related field (preferred)
• Full proficiency in non-linear editing platforms (Premiere, Avid, FCP)
• Extensive experience creating motion graphics in After Effects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative production environment
• Team player, proactive, entrepreneurial
• A sense of humor and a genuine love for what you do
