Product Sales and Marketing Intern – Summer 2026
Location: Portland, OR

We're currently seeking a motivated and creative Product Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team for Summer 2026. This internship is based in Portland, OR and is ideal for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced sports product environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with sales prospecting and lead generation for MaxBP and affiliate company Frost Gear.
• Support product sales through direct outreach and marketing efforts.
• Contribute to social media strategy ideation, content planning, and execution across platforms.
• Help coordinate and support brand activations at events and tournaments.
• Play a key role in developing and executing community outreach and training clinics within the local baseball/softball scene.
Qualifications:
• Enrolled as a college student (sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate level preferred) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Passion for marketing, branding, and storytelling, especially in the sports or performance training space.
• Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for detail and tone.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., MailerLite, Klaviyo) is a plus.
• Understanding of social media platforms and their role in product promotion.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Creative, self-starting, and organized, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
