Full-Service, Los Angeles based talent agency is seeking a Talent Agent for the Youth & Young Adult Theatrical Department.

Ideal candidates should possess 2+ years talent agency or talent management experience covering Youth & Young Adults for TV and Film projects. This department oversees and covers all projects, signing, submissions, offers, bookings and talent negotiations. In addition, the department also covers voice-over opportunities for the youth and young adults. Candidates should be detail-oriented, resourceful, have the ability to multi-task / shift priorities in response to varying demands, and be highly motivated developing clients and pursing opportunities on their behalf.

Candidates should be comfortable using MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), InEntertainment, Breakdown Services, and other industry related software.

Duties include:

-Signing young actors for the Youth & Young Adult Theatrical Department.
-Coordinating / scheduling appointments, pitching and negotiating contracts.
-Cultivating and sustaining relationships with talent managers, casting directors, studio executives, buyers and other industry related professionals.
-Tracking down industry related materials and staying up-to-date on current, existing and future productions.
-Attending industry related events.
-Additional duties may be assigned depending on experience level.
