Full Time Job
The Associate Producer is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the production. This role produces content for TV and SVOD platforms as well as teaser, trailers and additional bonus content related to the project. This role is the primary contact for outsource vendors and internal stakeholders and supports senior management. Managing and trains production managers, coordinators and assistants is also required.
Primary Duties:
Manage day to day relationship with vendor, schedule and manage creative reviews, offline reviews. Ensure notes are delivered by vendor deadline to keep production on schedule.
Manage approval process with all Creative and other stakeholders.
Directly assist producers on maintaining quality control of content.
Mirror producer's skill sets to add volume to the team.
Creatively support the team with note taking and creative analysis of materials.
Liaise with brand teams on all aspects of the production.
Field and manage requests for assets and content from the Brand teams.
Attend creative, post-production, and strategic planning meetings.
Management of the execution of contracts for composer, song writers, writers, voice talent and freelance and outside vendors.
Asset Retention: Manage archiving, distribution and retrieval of all materials and assets for productions.
Manage production calendars and scheduling.
Prepare credits, vet with legal, operations, production, brand. Responsible for clearing font, all tag logos and stings.?
Supports all aspects of production.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills Required:
2 years animation production experience required.
Experience with outsourcing animation production.
Experience with tracking production budgets.
Good communication skills, especially written.
Excellent attention to detail is critical
Knowledge of Production Tracking and Asset Management software.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, Sharepoint and PowerPoint is required
Ability to work in Final Cut Pro, iMovie, Premiere, Photoshop, Wipster and Final Draft is desirable but not mandatory
Advance computer skills required
Must be extremely organized, a fast learner, professional, efficient, detail oriented, self-sufficient, a team player, passionate about entertainment, and able to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced, stressful environment. Must be confident and outgoing. Ability to deal with and resolve conflict with a capacity for suggesting well-reasoned solutions is essential.
