We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our team in Los Angeles for a 3-month internship program. As an intern, you will work closely with the Mass Appeal Records team to support the day-to-day operations of the label. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of the music industry and contribute to the success of our artists and their projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of marketing and social media campaigns
• Assist in coordination of events and promotional activities
• Assist with social media strategies for Mass Appeal / Hip Hop 50 platforms
• Monitor social media accounts and create reports
• Update and maintain label calendars that consist of release and catalog schedules
• Assist in the maintenance of artist files
• Assist with team members' schedules
• Research and identify emerging social media trends
• Provide general administrative support to the label team
• Reports to the Director of Marketing
• Part-Time

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in marketing, communications, media, or a related field
• Must be able to work in the Los Angeles office 3 days per week for the duration of the internship
• Strong interest in music, entertainment and media
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok and more.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management skills
