This is a Full Time Job
The Manager, Content Operations supervises the finishing of promotional sizzles, filmed presentations, and localization of confidential, promotional content for Marvel Studios. Functions as a conduit of information, driving deadlines for content needs to Marvel Studios' Content Operations and Franchise teams. Also collaborates with other points of contact across the larger Disney Studios, including Marketing, Publicity and Integrated Planning. The Manager handles the routing, approvals and fulfillment of content requests for presentations from internal teams and the Disney company worldwide. Additionally, this position plays a critical role by supervising vendors with project orders, scheduling/deadlines, deliveries, billing, QC and deliveries of new content.
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of Marvel Studios Content Operations coordinators, working closely on asset organization, content sharing/access, systems account management, file creation and request fulfillment
• Manages internal/external requests, approvals and fulfillment for confidential content
• Manages scheduling, finishing and deliveries for promotional sizzles and recorded presentations
• Manages scheduling, finishing and deliveries for localization of promotional content
• Supervises legal and picture/music clearance for new content and communicates related requirements for requests
• Creates workflows, tracks new content, manages content records, and develops request systems
• Communicates and collaborates with Marvel Studios and Disney department leads on promotional content creation, requests, presentations and confidential sales material distribution across many lines of business
• Communicates and supervises vendors on content orders, schedules, billing and deliveries
Qualifications and Experience:
• 5+ years relevant experience
• Outstanding communication skills, written and oral
• Demonstrated ability to work with others, both in a supervisory role and as a collaborative team player
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
