Executive Assistant (Television/Streaming & Animation)

Job Summary:
Marvel Studios is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Executive for Television/Streaming & Animation. This role involves managing schedules, communications, and project-related documents while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced entertainment environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage executive's calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, phone calls, mail).
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Liaise with executives, talent, and assistants both internally and externally.
• Organize and manage documents related to various projects.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings, catering, and A/V setup.
• Assist with company events, conferences, and off-site meetings.
• Work with facilities management for office space and maintenance needs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant (TV experience preferred).
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Discretion in handling confidential information.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
