This role is for a short term project of about 6 months.
Marvel Studios Animation is seeking a Casting Coordinator who will be working closely with our casting director. There will also be extensive interdepartmental coordination with Filmmakers, Production Staff and Studio Executives to support active animated productions.
Responsibilities:
• Scheduling Talent for production including recording sessions, and collaborating with Post Production, Marketing, PR and Custom Animation to protect Talent Relations
• Maintaining tracking grids and databases to reflect accurate, thorough and current information for Departmental and Executive reference
Desired Characteristics
• Experience in Casting or experience working with Talent
• Knowledge Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with audio editing software
• High level of organization, detail orientation and ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines for efficient and comprehensive solutions
• Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and high-volume environment??
Preferred Qualifications:
• Existing relationships with talent and talent representatives
• Prior Executive support experience
• Knowledge of SAG-AFTRA Theatrical terms and requirements
• Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
