Job Summary:
Overarching objective centers on supporting the Marvel Post Production department on an administrative and organizational level. Key directives include interfacing with other relevant departments, maintaining department protocols, and aiding in the delivery of both theatrical and streaming content.
Reports to VPs of Post Production & Post Production – Streaming. Must have strong interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills and an interest in post production.
Responsibilities:
• Asset Coordination
• Maintain Physical and Digital Assets across all of Marvel Studios Theatrical and Streaming projects
• Works alongside VFX department to coordinate applicable inventories
• Manage Warehouse organization systems
• Editorial Room Setup
• Initial point of contact for returning shows and new personnel
• Work closely with various Marvel Studios departments, AVID teams and Disney Client Services to help outfit all Editorial rooms, Post offices and Review rooms
• Maintain all contact lists
• Crew Onboarding
• Submitting badge requests, UARF, etc.
• Submitting drive-ons
• Providing welcome packet, maps, etc.
• Scheduling & Meeting Coordination
• Track all Production & Post Production milestones across all active projects
• Facilitate the arrivals and closings of meetings and interviews
• Work with other departments to schedule Executives
• Book conference rooms as needed
• General Post Production Support, including, but not limited to;
• Acting as a through-line between shows in various meetings
• Tracking & logging minutes in meetings
• Award submissions
• Running dailies reviews
• Standard office coordination duties, including answering phones, maintaining calendars as necessary, etc.
• Policy/Procedure Documentation
• Asset Check-Out/Check-In Procedure
• Wrap Procedures
• On-Boarding/Off-Boarding Documents
• Security Tips
• Move Checklists
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and organize multiple project, with excellent follow thru and communication on status of tasks.
• Communication skills to interface with 3rd party vendors, internal executives and staff in a collaborative and problem-solving fashion.
• Ability to work hours from 9 AM to 7 PM on regular basis; and on occasion may need to work additional hours depending on workflow demands.
