We are Marvel Games – the team that partners with the mightiest companies on Earth to bring award-winning games such as Marvel SNAP, Marvel's Spider-Man, Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy, and many others to market. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and games-first professional to join our energetic and fast-paced team as an Associate Manager, Integrated Planning.
The Associate Manager, Integrated Planning role will work with the Manager, Integrated Planning to support existing Marvel Games partnerships, work with other business units within The Walt Disney Company to identify new opportunities, as well as help build a 360-degree support plan for our games by coordinating details and deliverables across the Marvel Games portfolio, while maintaining brand guidelines and the Marvel standard of excellence.
The Associate Manager, Integrated Planning will report to the Manager, Integrated Planning.
This is a Full-Time role.
What You Will Do:
• Support the Manager, Integrated Planning in the screening and execution of Integrated Planning efforts for the Marvel Games portfolio of titles.
• Identify and evaluate cross-line-of-business initiatives and partnerships between Marvel Games and other teams such as consumer products, comics, studios and digital teams.
• Maintain high volume of plans and schedules as well as manage communications for all cross-line of business and synergy projects and activations.
• Draft and distribute guidance, updates, and protocols pertaining to synergy projects and cross-line of business initiatives.
• Coordinate all asset deliveries and ensure on-time deliverables for projects.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on various projects, synergy proposals, and product submissions, all while ensuring brand authenticity and quality.
• Work alongside the product development team to make sure our partners' and games' needs are met, coordinate go-to-market opportunities and ongoing initiatives for live games, escalating to the Director, Business Development as needed.
• Handle other increasingly challenging projects as appropriate.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Familiar with the Industry – 3+ years of work experience in the games industry, preferably in business development, product management or publishing at a major game developer, publisher or platform.
• Multi-Disciplined – You are versatile and familiar with numerous aspects of game making and publishing: business development, production, marketing, PR, social media, etc.
• Thoughtful – You take ownership over your projects and are always figuring out newer and better ways to do your job smarter, faster, and more efficiently. You have a willingness to learn and adopt new ideas that optimize and potentially diversify the way we operate.
• A People Person – You always seek to cultivate deep and productive relationships with the people around you and treat them the way you wish to be treated - within the team, within the company, and with all our external partners. You understand that these relationships are built through effective, frequent, and timely communication. You strive to lead by example.

The hiring range for this position in California is $82,000 to $110,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
